Generally, the items ship within 48 hours unless it is a weekend, holiday or busy season which sometimes slows the shipping process. Once the item ships we will send you a tracking number.

Yes, you may phone during our normal business hours and if we are not on the phone with another customer or helping to process orders we will answer your call. If we do not answer please leave a message and we will return your call that day. Or you may always email us 7 days a week and we will reply during normal business hours.

If you buy from an online retailer that has a physical presence in Georgia, they are required to charge you the combined state and local sales tax for your specific address.

We will send you a tracking number once your item ships. Depending on the weight and size of your item it may take several days for the item to arrive but you will always be able to track it with your tracking number.
